Located in a quiet residential community only minutes from some of the most beautiful beaches in South Florida (10 min), world class golf, shopping & entertainment- we look forward to sharing our piece of paradise with you!

The Space

The Palms is a one-of-a kind luxury home. Our home is Coastal inspired, spacious, and full of light and beauty. Relax and look out through the oversized sliding doors into the beautiful back yard or sit at one of the covered patios enjoying the beautiful outdoor areas and quiet neighborhood.

This newly remodeled home is your perfect vacation rental. You will know you have arrived to your Coastal Vacation home when you notice the Beautiful large welcoming palms on the property.

The home features an open spacious Kitchen with large quartz countertops and upgraded stainless steel appliances. While preparing your meals open the large windows and enjoy the tropical setting of the outdoor area or pass food and drinks to your family through the windows to the outdoor kitchen area. The extra-large dining room table is great for your family meals.

If rest and relaxation is the goal, head to one of the coastal inspired 4 bedrooms and enjoy memory foam mattresses and smart TVs in the Master and Twin Bedroom. Both newly remodeled bathrooms are stunning. This spacious home includes a game room with a Tropical inspired large slate pool table.

Open one of the extra-large sliding glass doors to your very own tropical resort style Oasis. It features a large heated pool, for you to enjoy year-round! Tiki bar, large seating area to relax, or lounge chairs to get a little sun. There is also a hot tub for an extra dose of relaxation. Grilling station with a sink and large counter top to prepare your meals. There is an additional large side yard with its own custom fire pit. Enjoy the large outside TV to watch from the Pool, Hot Tub, or Fire Pit.

Our amenities include plenty of towels, pool towels, beach chairs, cooler, beach umbrella, linens and extra pillows. The property has a laundry room and we provide detergent, bleach, an iron and ironing board. Stocked Kitchen for cooking. You’ll find smart TV’s set up throughout the property- there really is no reason to leave once you’re here!

Pool Heater Fee: $100 usage fee, $25 a day after the first 4 days. Pool Heater is set to 85 degrees. If temperature is increased above 85 there is an additional $25 daily fee.

Parking: No street parking and please do not park on the grass or swale. Quiet Hours are 9 pm-9 am; Never loud music or screaming
• Absolutely No Parties: The guest understands their rsvp may be terminated upon any city/police or neighbor complaint about a disturbance.
• Pets: All pets must be pre-approved before arriving. NOTE: There is a one-time, non refundable pet fee of $125 for approved pets.
• No Smoking, including Vape. $500 extra clean fee will be assessed if evidence is found.
• Evidence of any drug use will result in a $500 fine.
• Grill: Use it; Please Clean it. Turn off and COVER so it does not rust. Failure to do any of the above can result in a $40 fee for cleaning or damage.
• Trash: All trash must be bagged to prevent unwanted pests. Note: The property has a camera on the front exterior.

Cancellation policy

Full refund (minus a cancellation fee of 3%) for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.

“Very comfortable stay for a family with kids and grandparents. Plenty of common area space with seating both inside and outside so that it never felt crowded. Clean and updated house with nice amenities throughout. The kids did enjoy the pool a couple of times despite the rainy weather. Laura was very easy to work with and provided great communication throughout the experience from booking through checkout."
