This accommodation is your perfect vacation accommodation. You’ll know you’ve also arrived at your coastal vacation home when you notice the flickering tiki torches welcoming you to the property.
While you prepare your meals, open the large windows and enjoy the tropical surroundings of the outdoor area or pass food and drinks to your family through the windows of the outdoor area. The extra large dining room table is ideal for your family meals.
If rest and relaxation is the goal, head to one of the 4 coastal-inspired bedrooms and enjoy Smart TVs in both the master bedroom and guest bedroom. This spacious home includes a game room with a pool table.
Open one of the oversized French doors to your own tropical resort-style oasis. It has a large pool, so you can enjoy it all year round. Large seating area to relax or loungers for sunbathing. There is also a hot tub for an extra dose of relaxation. Grilling station to make a delicious family meal outdoors. There is an additional large side yard with its own custom fire pit. Enjoy outdoor TV from the pool, hot tub or lounge area.
Our amenities include plenty of towels, pool towels, beach chairs, cooler, sheets, and extra pillows. The property has a laundry room, and we provide detergent, bleach, an iron and an ironing board. Stocked kitchen for cooking. You’ll find smart TVs installed throughout the property. There really is no reason to leave once you’re here!

Parking: No street parking and please do not park on the grass or swale. Quiet Hours are 9 pm-9 am; Never loud music or screaming
• Absolutely No Parties: The guest understands their rsvp may be terminated upon any city/police or neighbor complaint about a disturbance.
• Pets: All pets must be pre-approved before arriving. NOTE: There is a one-time, non refundable pet fee of $125 for approved pets.
• No Smoking, including Vape. $500 extra clean fee will be assessed if evidence is found.
• Evidence of any drug use will result in a $500 fine.
• Grill: Use it; Please Clean it. Turn off and COVER so it does not rust. Failure to do any of the above can result in a $40 fee for cleaning or damage.
• Trash: All trash must be bagged to prevent unwanted pests. Note: The property has a camera on the front exterior.

Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
