Welcome to Island Time and enjoy your own tropical oasis here in Palm Beach Gardens! This 4BR, 2Bth home was designed to create your private island getaway with spacious outdoor areas to swim, grill and relax under the sun. We are located in a quiet residential, centrally located community close to Dining, Shops, Parks and Beaches. We are local hosts who care about your vacation and are excited to host you!
Our tropical Gecko “Larry” will greet you at the front door. From the moment you walk in you will know you have arrived to your Florida vacation home and will be greeted with the Florida beach décor in every room. Enjoy the extra-large and comfy brand new large sectional couch for you and your guests to enjoy. A fully stocked kitchen with everything you would need for your stay. Large Brand-new Dining room table for you and your family to enjoy.
For sleeping, the only decision you will have to make, is do you sleep in the relaxed beach inspired master suite with a brand-new queen memory foam mattress, which includes a flat screen TV, bathroom and walk in closet.
Surf it up in our surfing inspired room with 2 twin beds with brand new memory foam mattresses.
Or enjoy the Tiki totem pole inspired room with a queen bed.
Walk out of either of the 2 French doors and WELCOME TO PARADISE! Featuring a Tiki Bar and a 50” outdoor TV that you can watch from the Pool as well as an outdoor grilling area. Enjoy the large soothing Saltwater pool that is gentler on your body, with large pool deck and plenty of seating for the entire family. After a long day at the beach or pool day, soak it up in the extra-large heated jacuzzi. Keep an eye out for our local wild parrots while you’re enjoying the pool. You will see all sorts of colorful birds. At the end of the night enjoy the beautiful stars while you roast marshmallows and create your very own smores station at the fire pit.
After a long day poolside come indoors and spend time in the game room shoot a game of pool or watch a movie on the futon. There is something for every family member and your four-legged friends at Island Time!

Parking: No street parking and please do not park on the grass or swale. Quiet Hours are 9 pm-9 am; Never loud music or screaming
• Absolutely No Parties: The guest understands their rsvp may be terminated upon any city/police or neighbor complaint about a disturbance.
• Pets: All pets must be pre-approved before arriving. NOTE: There is a one-time, non refundable pet fee of $125 for approved pets.
• No Smoking, including Vape. $500 extra clean fee will be assessed if evidence is found.
• Evidence of any drug use will result in a $500 fine.
• Grill: Use it; Please Clean it. Turn off and COVER so it does not rust. Failure to do any of the above can result in a $40 fee for cleaning or damage.
• Trash: All trash must be bagged to prevent unwanted pests. Note: The property has a camera on the front exterior.

Cancellation policy
Full refund (minus a cancellation fee of 3%) for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
